The Collaboration Cafe is an evolving space where we discuss various aspects of collaborative approaches to change.  Topics include collective wisdom, collective intelligence and strategic collaboration for change.

We asked the question what would happen if you gave a group of young people tools to change the world? What could they accomplish with just a little bit of help?  We have designed and developed the ultimate changemaker summer camp. This curriculum is designed with the specific goal of tapping into the leadership potential of attendees. This amazing curriculum is designed so that participants can have fun while learning about business, social entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation.

A Change Lab is a multi-stakeholder effort to address a complex social challenge. The change lab approach is being pioneered by Adam Kahane, Otto Scharmer and their colleagues at Reos Partners. We are experimenting with multi-stakeholder approaches to change that are informed by theories from Complexity Thinking, Systems Thinking, Ecology, Design Thinking and Transformational Learning.
